Developed a significant national roll-out strategy for their new product and provided a strategic human resources plan to put the right people in place to grow the business.

The Snoozy2 is one of the lightest tow-behind trailers in its class. Its fiberglass mold helps it achieve that, and while it may be extremely fuel-efficient the camper does not compromise any aspect of luxury camping.

The Snoozy 2 project was a fantastic opportunity for our teams to collaborate on a national rollout strategy.

The opportunity for this product in the US marketplace was immense because it is one of the lightest and most affordable fiberglass RVs in production. We saw this as an opportunity to help a new start-up manufacturing business with market research, an e-commerce platform, and developing a human resources plan.

Collaborating with the Lil Snoozy team we were able to tap key markets across the USA and develop a national digital strategy sales plan.

In less than a year, Lil Snoozy has penetrated 22 states and has tripled their staff since we first partnered with them.
